A little over a month ago I was able to take a quick trip to Phoenix, Arizona were I met up with two amazing ladies to explore Desert Botanical Garden.

The oldest surviving photograph was taken less than 200 years ago. Not that long ago if you really think about it... and I doubt the photographer Joseph Nicéphore Niépce could have ever imagined what photography would one day become…

The desert was calling and the Joshua trees and saguaro cacti answered! Shooting and exploring around Joshua Tree National Park is truly a playground for photographers. As golden hour breaks across the sand and the sun sneaks between the cacti, I can’t press the shutter button fast enough.
