Palais Namaskar—A Tranquil Oasis in the Desert

As one wandering the lands of Morocco, you do long for some respite from the arid desert and seek rest—enter, Palais Namaskar. This desert gem is a literal oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle—spread out on twelve acres of secluded land—boasting spacious gardens, stunning terraces, palm groves, pools, and tranquil lakes... “L’Experience Namaskar” is what they’ve coined the unique encounter you have when you’re at Namaskar — and an “experience” is definitely what you get!

You can see what a dream it would be to have your very own wedding here—where your guests can dip in and out of the lush landscape and take in the perfectly curated experience and just basking in the grandeur of it all. I have a profound affinity for the seemingly infinite arcades intricately winding and curving with whimsical arabesque flair—flanking the many pools and paths, leaving you feeling like you’re in some exotic fairytale.

Let me just take you on a little photo safari showcasing some stunning wedding design at this venue. All of these were shot on film—a service I happily will be including for my future couples! I am so thrilled that the film was able to capture the gorgeous details of this day. Film has this ability to instill a certain soulful-ness that you sometimes might not get from digital. It’s the tiny imperfections that make it feel like it’s its own entity—almost like a living, breathing thing. I can really wax poetic on the subject, but you’re here for the results! And let me tell you, I have been impatiently waiting for my scans to come back, and boy was I tickled when I laid eyes on these!

I am absolutely besotted with this dreamy venue. The stories that have taken place here, and just the feeling you get when you’re in this resplendent setting. There’s this enigmatic magnetism about it you just have to experience for yourself. Let it lull you into its sumptuous gardens and get lost in L’Experience Namaskar.
